To start saving follow these 7 simple steps:
- Step 1 – We sign NDA or CA legal agreement. If NDA not required, please, note that we do not share your information with third parties.
- Step 2 – You send current display drawings and unit price information.
- Step 3 – We review your drawings and prepare a formal “cost reduction” quotation.
- Step 4 – Once our proposed price is accepted we will send counter drawing for your approval.
- Step 5 – Upon counter drawing approval, we start a sample process which normally takes 3 to 4 weeks.
- Step 6 – After we deliver samples (10 to 20 pcs), samples should be approved or we remake samples upon your feedback.
- Step 7 – Upon your sample approval, mass production can be started. First shipment is delivered within 12 to 14 weeks.

- Dealing with small Chinese manufacturers/suppliers directly may benefit you short term. But once you start having quality issues, prepare for an never ending battle.
- Never send tooling payments in advanced.
- Never send purchase order payments in advanced.
- Do not trust display manufacturers that has not gone through monthly rigorous inspections usually done by “Top tier” end users.
- Ask your display manufacturer for references, if they don’t have at least one “Top Tier” end user you product quality may be compromised.
